# Finding your Unique Identifier

## In order to be issued a temporary license in TopSolid, you may need to share your unique identifier with support...

1. Launch TopSolid 7
2. Select the ? icon in the top right corner of the screen
3. Select Licenses...

4\. Select Standalone Licenses

5\. Select Copy

Open an the email that the support team sent you and paste the unique identifier into the email to send back to them.  Once received, they will generate a temporary license for you.
